In the event that the bartender or server we have scheduled to serve your event has an emergency (sick, car accident, etc) and cannot fulfill their obligation to your event, we always have back-up staff in every region. In the event that our back-up staff is unavailable, your full payment (deposit and/or balance) will be fully refunded by the next business day.
Event Cancellation Policy
If your event has been cancelled or postponed, all deposits & payments made to BarMasters are non-refundable, however they are transferrable. If you have to cancel or postpone your booked event for any reason, BarMasters will honor any deposit and/or payments made to us as a store credit which will remain on file for one (1) calendar year. Your deposit credit can be applied to a rescheduled booking, or a new booking altogether that you plan in the future. *Important Note – Cancelling your event within ten (10) days of your scheduled event date will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
